EU Countries, Norway and Switzerland - Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)

If your delivery address is to any of the 27 EU member states, to Norway or Switzerland, it's just like making a local purchase in that country. Miso Paper web site prices include the local VAT (sales tax) and the local postal service will not request any import or admin fees from the recipient. 

Jersey & Guernsey 

UK VAT will not be applied to your order. Please refer to your local customs authorities for information on import duties you may have to pay.

PS. Orders to Isle of Man have UK VAT applied in the normal way.

Save on postage - combined order shipping

We are happy to post multiple orders together for international customers, to save on postage. This allows you to place orders as needed for limited edition items and avoid that FOMO feeling!

1: Place orders you wish to have held:

Select "Hold & Combine" as your shipping method when placing orders. Every order must have the same email address.

2: Tell us when to ship:

When you are ready to have your orders shipped, click here to pay for your shipping. 

30 day limit

Please note that the maximum allowed time from your first order to shipping is 30 days, after which your orders may be cancelled.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Please let us know ASAP by replying to your order confirmation email, or using the contact form. If the order has not yet been dispatched then we will update the status on our side and refund the shipping already paid. 

If you wish for orders to be held for more than 30 days, you must get in touch to let us know. You can do this by replying to an order confirmation email, or via the contact form.

We don't offer this service as standard to our UK customers, because postage charges are lower. 

We do try and look out for multiple pending orders for the same customer, so we can send them together and refund some postage.

Founded in 2013, the OURS Studio brand was established by a group of friends who like illustrations.
Watercolour illustrations are always the starting point of any design and they are used to create all kinds of stationery products, including the well-known OURS Research Project Journal, notebooks, washi tapes, stickers and stamps.

With unique flowers, plants and small animal illustrations as the main themes, they bring cute and dreamy watercolour illustrations to our lives.

OURS not only means ‘ours’, it also means ‘bear’ in French.
