Processing Times
Please see message in the basket page for the latest processing time. Generally, we aim to dispatch all in stock orders within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). You will be sent an email once your order has been dispatched.
Please get in touch if you have an urgent date you need your order by and we will see what we can do.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Orders are sent via the shipping carrier you choose at checkout. Occasionally we may need to use a different carrier to the one you’ve selected for operational reasons.
UK orders:
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked: £3.50
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked: £4.75
- FREE shipping on orders over £50 (Royal Mail 48 Tracked)
- Free upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for orders over £150
INTERNATIONAL orders:
Method: Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, DPD or DHL, available options change according to the country of destination and will be visible on the checkout page. All orders shipped have a tracking number. You will be sent your parcel tracking number via email once your order ships and you will be able to track it online following the link provided in the email.
Cost: Add your items to the basket to see the shipping costs and delivery options on the checkout page. Costs vary according to destination country and parcel weight. If there isn’t a shipping option available for your country, please contact us.
Orders may sometimes take longer to arrive due to customs checks in the country of destination. This is due to random chance and something we cannot control.
Important – Charges for Failed International Deliveries
Please note that if your package is returned to us because you provided an incorrect address or declined the delivery (including failing to collect from a collection point or choosing not to pay customs fees), we will deduct the following costs from your refund:

- Original shipping cost paid on the order
- The courier’s returned parcel fee (up to £30)
These charges will NOT apply where the courier or Miso Paper is at fault for the failed delivery.
We regret that we have to make deductions for failed international deliveries. They are necessary to cover the additional costs passed onto us by courier services.
IMPORT DUTY INFORMATION
EU Countries, Norway and Switzerland - Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
If your delivery address is to any of the 27 EU member states, to Norway or Switzerland, it's just like making a local purchase in that country. Miso Paper web site prices include the local VAT (sales tax) and the local postal service will not request any import or admin fees from the recipient.
Jersey & Guernsey
UK VAT will not be applied to your order. Please refer to your local customs authorities for information on import duties you may have to pay.
PS. Orders to Isle of Man have UK VAT applied in the normal way.
Rest of World
Please refer to the "All Other Countries" section of main delivery information page.
All Other Countries
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, the prices you see throughout the web site are 20% lower than in the UK, because we don't add UK VAT (sales tax).
HOWEVER, please be aware that you are likely to be charged import taxes by your own country, at your local rate.
The amount you will be charged will reflect the declared value of your order at customs.
If you would like clarity on the exact amount we will declare, please contact us. Simply reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible (before we have shipped it).
Import Duty for International Orders
Orders dispatched to countries other than UK, EU, Norway and Switzerland may be liable to Import Duty, Tax or VAT.
When ordering from us you agree to pay any such Duties which may be imposed by your country's government.
