Pre-paid customs

Your order will be sent to with customs pre-paid, so it will reach you without delays or unexpected charges.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. A pre-ordered item waits in your box until it arrives with us, and we will let you know when it is ready. If you want the rest of your box sooner, ship the orders that are ready now; the pre-order stays behind and starts a fresh box for you.

You can do this yourself: go to My Account → Orders and press + Hold & Combine next to the order (it is also offered on your order confirmation page and email). The order joins your box, and the shipping you already paid is refunded when you request to ship your box.

Reply to the order confirmation email, or use the contact form, and tell us which order and what you would like changed. We can remove items or cancel an order while it is being held; the rest of your box is not affected.

That is usually fine. Just let us know by replying to an order confirmation email or via the contact form, so we know the box is still active.

We pay customs charges up front for the following countries/territories: EU, Norway, Switzerland, USA and Canada. 

Orders sent to other countries may be subject to customs and import fees.

Hold & Combine is for international deliveries, where it saves the most. We do not offer it as standard to UK customers because postage is much lower, but just reply to an order confirmation email if you need any assistance with postage.
