USA - Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)

Shipping for our customers in the USA is still as easy as before the revocation of the 'de minimis' rule on August 29 2025. 

We now ship all orders to the USA on a DDP basis, which means we cover US customs tariffs and your order should reach you without any customs delay. You won't have to pay any additional fees to US customs to receive your package. 

EU Countries, Norway and Switzerland - Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)

If your delivery address is to any of the 27 EU member states, to Norway or Switzerland, it's just like making a local purchase in that country. Miso Paper web site prices include the local VAT (sales tax) and the local postal service will not request any import or admin fees from the recipient. 

Canada - Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)

Ordering from Canada is now just like making a local purchase. The applicable sales taxes will be included to pay at checkout, once you have provided your  delivery address including provence. The package will then arrive to you directly and you will not be requested to pay any import fees. 

Jersey & Guernsey 

UK VAT will not be applied to your order. Please refer to your local customs authorities for information on import duties you may have to pay.

PS. Orders to Isle of Man have UK VAT applied in the normal way.

Save on postage - combined order shipping

We are happy to post multiple orders together for international customers, to save on postage. This allows you to place orders as needed for limited edition items and avoid that FOMO feeling!

When you are ready to have your orders shipped, click here to pay for your shipping.

30 day limit

Please note that the maximum allowed time from your first order to shipping is 30 days, after which your orders may be cancelled.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Please let us know ASAP by replying to your order confirmation email, or using the contact form. If the order has not yet been dispatched then we will update the status on our side and refund the shipping already paid.

If you wish for orders to be held for more than 30 days, you must get in touch to let us know. You can do this by replying to an order confirmation email, or via the contact form.

We don't offer this service as standard to our UK customers, because postage charges are lower.

We do try and look out for multiple pending orders for the same customer, so we can send them together and refund some postage.

Featuring the same monthly schedule pages as the MD Notebook Diary, this book also includes 385 free pages. It is highly recommended for those who love writing and want to fully document their days.

The free pages are divided into a time management section on the left and a space on the right for freely writing thoughts or drawing illustrations. The time section includes a vertical schedule from 8:00 AM to midnight, along with seven dots for flexible scheduling, such as listing tasks or hourly plans. It uses an undated format, designed for flexible use throughout the year.

On the left page, the lines from the schedule section on the reverse side show through faintly, serving as a guide for your writing. The edge of the page features markers to neatly align the included index stickers on the page edge.
