The Coffee Monsterz Co 2024 Subscriptions FAQ

TCMC are introducing a new subscription option for 2024, which means there will be four options to choose from! There will also be a small price decrease on a few of the tiers along with a content change.

Please read the below carefully as some details are slightly different to the Coffee Monsterz Co website:

• • We don’t have a maximum subscription purchase limit
  • You can combine your subscription order with other items from the shop (to ship together with the subscription)
  • You will be charged immediately for the first quarter’s subscription, rather than 31st January 2024.

Billing and Shipping Schedule

All subscriptions will be billed quarterly (every 3 months, 4 times a year). All 4 subscription types will renew at the same time and ship within the same period. 

Please note that you first payment will be taken when you check out, rather than the official start date of the subscription (31st January). 

Future payments will be taken every three months thereafter until your subscription is cancelled (on 30th April for Q2, on 31st July for Q3 and on 31st October for Q4).

You can cancel or modify any aspect of your subscription at any time via the My Account area. Cancelling prior to the next renewal date will prevent further charges.

If you do not have a Miso Paper account, we will create one for you at checkout.

When do TCMC 2024 Subscriptions open?

Enrolling for TCMC 2024 subscriptions will open here at Miso Paper at the same time as on TCMC website: 1st January 2024 at 8pm GMT.

Do I have to sign up again even if I purchased TCMC subscriptions from Miso Paper in 2023?

Yes everyone has to sign up from scratch for 2024 subscriptions, because last year we weren’t offering automatic renewals.

How do I cancel or skip a subscription?

You can cancel or modify any aspect of your subscription at any time via the My Account area. Cancelling prior to the next renewal date will prevent further charges.

Note the following cancel/skip deadlines for each quarter:

• • Q1 subscription(s) before 31st January*
  • Q2 subscription(s) before 30th April
  • Q3 subscription(s) before 31st July
  • Q4 subscription(s) before 31st October

* Since we take the first payment immediately, please also contact us at  tcmcsub@misopaper.co.uk from your registered email address, so that we can give you a refund. 

Can I order multiple different/same subscriptions in the same order?

Yes you can. There is no limit on subscription numbers an individual can purchase and you’ll only pay one shipping cost, because they’ll ship at the same time. 

Can I order other items from the shop with the subscription?

Yes you can but please be aware: the other items in the order will ship together with the subscription. If you want the other items to be delivered sooner, you must place separate orders. 

What if I want extras of some items? Will they be for sale later on?

If all subscriptions don’t sell out, any leftover items will be listed individually in our shop once all subscriptions for that quarter have shipped. The subscription items unfortunately will never be restocked however. because they’re exclusive to TCMC subscriptions.

Are the washi tapes contained in the Washi Wizard sub the same of the Snail Mail and Snail Parcel subs?

Yes the washi tapes are the same across subscriptions in the quarter.
